Shortcrust pastry masks

Procedure

  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • Egg
  • 500 g white flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g sugar

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until you obtain a smooth, soft dough. Then, knead it on a floured surface...

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until you get a soft, compact dough.

After that, we work it on the work surface with a little flour, we put it in cling film and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Once the time has passed, we can begin to roll out the pastry with a rolling pin, to the thickness we prefer.

Now take the mask-shaped molds and start making lots of masks, place them in a pan with baking paper, in the meantime turn the oven on to 180° and when it reaches temperature we bake them for 10/15 minutes.

Once they are cooked, we take them out, let them cool, and we can decorate them with melted chocolate, or we can add vanilla icing sugar.
