- Cook the noodles for 10 to 12 minutes in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain and let cool.
- Open and drain the cans of tuna steak.
- Place the tuna steaks on top of the noodles.
- Add the cooked carrot, cooked peas, and chopped tomato.
- Quickly prepare the dressing with mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Adjust the seasoning and consistency.
- Dress the salad, mix carefully and serve with chopped parsley and boiled egg.
TIPS
- You can replace the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
