INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks and fry them in hot oil. Set aside.
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan or pot. Sauté the garlic until golden. Add the onion and tomato. Continue with the soy sauce, a pinch of cumin, vinegar, pepper to taste, and the drained and flaked tuna. Season with salt at the end and add the chopped cilantro.
- Combine the stir-fry with the french fries.
- Serve with fluffy rice.
