No time to cook? With this recipe you'll enjoy a delicious, completely healthy potato-based snack that requires no oven.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • Papas
  • Shall
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
Method · 20 min
  1. Choose the best potatoes and peel them. If you prefer a better texture, leave them with the peel on.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin sticks or thin slices. The thinner they are, the faster they cook and the crispier they'll get.
  3. Boil the potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes in salted water. Once they turn white, remove them.
  4. Drain the potatoes and dry them with kitchen paper and a clean cloth.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Do not include oil.
  6. Place the potatoes in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping. Cook them for a few minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooked, season them with salt, paprika, garlic powder, or any spices you like.
  8. Serve them and you're done.

Whether fried, boiled, or mashed, potatoes are a classic side dish for everyone, young and old. However, if you're looking for a healthier, oil-free version that takes less than 30 minutes, this recipe is perfect. The best part? You won't need an oven or a deep fryer.

An added bonus is that these crispy potatoes make a great side dish for any meal, serving as a healthy snack. With just a few ingredients, this recipe is perfect for those short on time but who still want to enjoy delicious food.
