How to make lemon pie without an oven: mini and easy version

  • Six-pack of vanilla cookies
  • 120 grams of butter (approx.)
  • ½ can of evaporated milk
  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • A splash of vanilla
  • Lemon zest for garnish

  1. Prepare the base:
  2. Crush the cookies in the blender. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, pour the melted butter and mix with the crushed cookies. Set aside.
  4. Place the mixture in the molds and press down firmly. Prepare the filling:
  5. In another container, pour evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla. Mix.
  6. Add the lemon juice and mix until you get a smooth cream.
  7. Fill the mini puddings and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
  8. Once the time has passed, serve and enjoy.
