Waffles made from old croissants

Waffles and croissants are popular sweet pastries. If you have leftover croissants at home, you can easily make crispy waffles from them. Then, on a plate, simply top them with dairy products, blackberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Ingredients · Servings For 1–2 people
  • 3 ks croissant
  • 180 ml milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g white yogurt
Method · 20 min
  1. Blend the croissants in a powerful blender with the eggs, milk and baking powder.
  2. Prepare waffles gradually in a preheated waffle iron. Grease it with fat if necessary. Pour in about a ladle of batter at a time, close the lid and bake the waffles.
  3. Spread the dairy product on the finished waffles, add blackberry jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
