Blueberry crumble pie – Super easy dessert

Pastel desmenuzado con arándanos y avena

Ingredientes · Raciones 8
  • 100 g brunt sukker
  • 50 g havregryn
  • 100 g hvetemel
  • 75 g smør
  • 350 g blåbær
  • 40 g sukker
Método · 1 h
  1. Bland sammen sukker, havregryn og mel.
  2. Skjær smøret i terninger og smuldre det inn med fingrene. Det skal være litt biter igjen av smøret, så ikke bland for godt.
  3. Ha bærene i en form og strø på sukker.
  4. Dryss smuldredeigen over. Stekes på 180 -200 grader i ca. 30 minutter til toppingen har en gyllen farge.
  5. Server smuldrepaien med is eller vaniljesaus. Du kan også velge skyr eller kesam hvis du ønsker et magrere alternativ.

Crumble pie with blueberries and oatmeal

Crumble pie is perhaps the world's easiest dessert. You don't need any kitchen utensils, except for a scale, a bowl and a 20-24 cm ovenproof dish. The topping is mixed together with your fingers and should be completely crumbly.

If you want a little extra flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and some chopped almonds or nuts. You can add a little sugar to the blueberries in the pan, but that's a matter of taste. Add as much sugar as you think your berries need.

You can also make crumble pie with a variety of other types of fruits and berries, preferably in combination. For example, try blackcurrants, rhubarb, apples, pears, cherries, blackberries, gooseberries, plums, peaches and nectarines.
