Lasagna with chorizo and vegetables
Esta lasaña con chorizo y verduras es de esas que alegran a todo el mundo. Simplemente métela en el horno y, mientras se hornea, puedes, por ejemplo, preparar una ensalada deliciosa o ordenar la cocina. Prepara una buena cantidad para que te dure dos días. También puedes congelar una porción si quieres.

- 250 gr lasagnebladen
- 300 gr rundergehakt
- 100 gr chorizo
- 250 gr Italiaanse roerbakgroenten (evt. meer)
- 1 ui
- 2 tenen knoflook
- 400 gr tomatenblokjes uit blik
- 350 gr tomaten frito
- 70 gr tomatenpuree
- 2 tl Italiaanse kruiden (gedroogd )
- 1 tl paprikapoeder
- Snufje peper en zout
- 40 gr boter
- 40 gr bloem
- 400 ml melk
- Snufje nootmuskaat
- Snufje peper en zout
Método
- Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
- Snipper de ui en pers de knoflook.
- Haal het velletje van de chorizo en snijd in stukjes.
- Giet een scheutje olie in een pan en fruit de ui en knoflook 2 minuten.
- Voeg het gehakt toe en bak rul met een snuf zout en peper. Voeg daarna de stukjes chorizo toe en bak 2–3 minuten mee.
- Voeg de tomatenpuree toe en bak 1 minuut mee.
- Voeg de Italiaanse roerbakgroenten toe en bak circa 5 minuten.
- Voeg de tomatenblokjes, Frits , Italiaanse kruiden, paprikapoeder en een snuf peper en zout toe.
- Smelt de boter in een steelpan. Voeg de bloem toe en roer door elkaar tot een soort puree. Bak dit 1 minuut aan.
- Giet beetje bij beetje de melk erbij en blijf goed roeren (met een garde) tot de saus dikker wordt.
- Breng op smaak met een snufje nootmuskaat, peper en zout.
- Vet een ovenschaal in en begin met een laagje tomatensaus, daarna lasagnebladen en een laagje bechamelsaus. Herhaal dit tot alles op is en eindig met bechamelsaus.
- Strooi de geraspte kaas over de bovenkant van de lasagne.
- Bak de lasagne 25–30 minuten in de oven tot hij mooi goudbruin is.

You simply pop it straight into the oven, and while it does the work, you can, for example, make a delicious salad or tidy up the kitchen. Be sure to make a large batch so you can eat it for two days. You can also freeze a portion if you wish.
Lasagna with chorizo and vegetables
- 250 g lasagna sheets
- 300 g ground beef
- 100g chorizo
- 250 g Italian stir-fry vegetables, possibly more
- 1 ui
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 350 gr fried tomato
- 70 g tomato puree
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt and pepper
For the béchamel sauce:
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 400 ml milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Chop the onion and press the garlic.
- Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into pieces.
- Pour a splash of oil into a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the minced meat and fry until browned, with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then add the chorizo pieces and fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the Italian stir-fry vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Frits, Italian herbs, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Making béchamel sauce:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir together until it forms a kind of puree. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the milk little by little and keep stirring well (with a whisk) until the sauce thickens.
- Season to taste with a pinch of nutmeg, pepper, and salt.
- Grease a baking dish and start with a layer of tomato sauce, then lasagna sheets and a layer of béchamel sauce. Repeat this until everything is used up and finish with béchamel sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the lasagna.
- Bake the lasagna in the oven for 25–30 minutes until it is nicely golden brown.
