The Perfect Dessert Breakfast in Five Minutes: How to Make Lump-Free Semolina Porridge

Semolina porridge is often perceived as a strict dietary standard, but the addition of fruit transforms it into a complete dessert breakfast.

The main challenge when preparing semolina is to avoid lumps. This occurs when the grains are added to the hot liquid too quickly and form dense balls that are impossible to break apart. To maintain a uniform and smooth texture, the grains should be added in a thin, almost continuous stream, constantly whisking with a spoon or whisk.

Using a mixture of milk and water makes the porridge lighter in consistency than the pure milk version, which is especially important for children's breakfast or dietary nutrition.
