With coffee, cake and “everyday people”: kfd Clarholz on its end-of-season tour
The kfd Clarholz's end-of-season bike tour leads to Wiedenbrück.
This year's end-of-season bike tour of the kfd Clarholz took place on Wednesday afternoon in pleasant temperatures and light drizzle. A total of 33 women set off promptly at 2 p.m. from the Clarholz market square.
The route led via Herzebrock towards Rheda-Wiedenbrück. The tour's destination was the Seecafé-Restaurant in Wiedenbrück, where the participants enjoyed coffee and cake. The convivial atmosphere provided an opportunity for conversation and sharing experiences.
Afterwards, the group visited the popular "Everyday People" sculptures. The life-size sculptures provided many interesting impressions and also served as a backdrop for a group photo.
After a 36-kilometer tour, the cyclists returned to Clarholz around 6 p.m. The organizers were delighted with a successful afternoon that passed without incident and provided a lovely end to this year's cycling season.
