A feast of flavors! Zona Mar and Zona Río joined together for a grand gastronomic fair
The flavor, tradition and Caribbean joy came together this Sunday, September 20th in San Bernardo del Viento, where the Great Gastronomic Fair brought together the best of the Sea Zone and the River Zone in the Ronda del Sinú.
Traditional dishes, recipes full of identity and massive community participation marked this day, held as part of the celebration of the eighth anniversary of the Delicias Caribeñas restaurant.
Families, entrepreneurs, and visitors enjoyed an event that highlighted the culinary richness of Córdoba and allowed them to rediscover those dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation and keep the roots of the territory alive.
The fair, led by Delicias Caribeñas and accompanied by the Montería Chamber of Commerce, also became a showcase to demonstrate the potential of gastronomy as a source of employment, tourism and economic growth.
These types of meetings strengthen the commitments of the Córdoba Tourism Cluster, aimed at improving the department's offerings, supporting businesses in the sector, and creating new experiences capable of captivating those who visit the region.
