  • 80 gr de ricotta o requesón
  • 100 gr de tomate triturado
  • 60 gr de jamón cocido o prosciutto
  • 1 cdita de orégano seco
  • 1 pizca de pimienta negra
  • Hojas frescas de albahaca
  • 500,ml de aceite vegetal

  1. En un recipiente, mezcla el agua tibia con la levadura y el azúcar. Deja reposar 10 minutos hasta que espume.
  2. Añade la harina, la sal y el aceite de oliva. Amasa durante 10 minutos hasta obtener una masa suave.
  3. Cubre y deja reposar durante 1 hora o hasta que duplique su tamaño.
  4. Divide la masa en 2 porciones y estíralas en forma de disco.
  5. Coloca el relleno en el centro de cada disco, evitando los bordes.
  6. Dobla la masa formando una media luna y sella bien los bordes.
  7. Calienta el aceite a 170-180 °C.
  8. Fríe cada pizza durante 3-4 minutos por lado hasta que esté dorada.
  9. Retira y coloca sobre papel absorbente.
  10. Sirve caliente con hojas de albahaca fresca.
