  1. Lava las fresas, retira las hojas y córtalas en cubos pequeños.
  2. Mezcla las fresas con las 2 cucharadas de azúcar y la vainilla. Reserva durante 10 minutos.
  3. Extiende la masa de hojaldre sobre una superficie limpia.
  4. Pincela ligeramente con la mantequilla derretida.
  5. Distribuye las fresas escurridas sobre la superficie, dejando libres los bordes.
  6. Enrolla ambos extremos largos hacia el centro hasta que se encuentren.
  7. Lleva el rollo al refrigerador durante 15 minutos para facilitar el corte.
  8. Corta porciones de aproximadamente 1,5 cm de grosor.
  9. Colócalas sobre una bandeja con papel para hornear y espolvorea el azúcar restante.
