  1. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio.
  2. Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo durante 2 minutos.
  3. Agrega el pimentón y los champiñones. Cocina durante 5 minutos hasta que estén tiernos.
  4. Incorpora el maíz, el comino, la paprika, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien y cocina 2 minutos más.
