Beer's Festival brings rock, gastronomy and solidarity to Central Park this weekend
Central Park will be a meeting point for rock fans from Santo André and the region this weekend (14 and 15) with the Beer's Festival, Summer Festival edition, bringing together cover bands from national and international groups.
It will be two days of great rock'n'roll, from 11 am to 9 pm, with a wide variety of food and craft beers on offer, in a family-friendly environment where pets are welcome, taking advantage of all the facilities that the green area of Santo André offers to visitors.
The festival will feature musical acts performing covers of successful groups. On Saturday, the lineup includes A União (a Charlie Brown Jr. cover band), Bigmouth – The Smiths Morrissey Tribute (The Smiths), Big Gun (AC/DC), and Fuck The System (System of a Down).
On Sunday, the scheduled performances include the bands Manchester (Oasis cover), Green Day Cover Brasil (Green Day), All Fighters (Foo Fighters), and Zero (Linkin Park).
In addition to the bands, the event will feature resident DJs spinning records throughout the day. On Saturday, DJ Kelly Silva will be providing the music, while on Sunday, DJ Rodrigo Silva will be in charge of the setlist.
The total amount of donations collected at the event entrance will be given to the Food Bank of the Social Solidarity Fund of Santo André, which assists approximately 55,000 people in vulnerable situations in the city, through 128 partner assistance organizations.
