Autumn waffles are a perfect dessert for those times when you crave something delicious yet healthy. These waffles are perfect for breakfast because they're quick to make. And the scent of vanilla that wafts through the house will invite everyone to the table. You can top the waffles with cream cheese, honey, or nut urbech.

Soft Viennese kefir waffles are sure to be fluffy and tall, captivating with the aroma of vanilla and butter, and melting in your mouth. We'll share a recipe for making just that. The ingredients for the waffles themselves are simple and readily available, but serving options will depend on your mood and preferences: you can make do with the jam you've been stocking up on since summer, or you can splurge on fresh berries, whipped cream, and mint, or spend a little extra time making caramel sauce. But the quickest way, of course, is to dust the finished Viennese kefir waffles with powdered sugar through a sieve, brew some fresh tea or coffee, and enjoy.
