Few Indian restaurants in London have achieved the acclaim of Gymkhana. Its interpretation of the cuisine of colonial Indian elite social clubs has earned it two Michelin stars and a reputation built over more than a decade.

The new space will occupy two levels, with seating for 137 diners and a terrace for the city's warm evenings. The menu will maintain the style of the original restaurant, featuring dishes such as tandoor-cooked lamb chops and biryanis, in an atmosphere that blends the elegance of historic clubs with a more contemporary energy.

The arrival of Gymkhana confirms a trend of the last two years in Dubai's gastronomic scene: the city has become a natural destination for Europe's most coveted restaurant brands, which are testing their first major international expansion there in front of a public accustomed to excellence and willing to pay for it.
