The perfect summer treat for kids and adults. These Paletas de Salpicón are very popular in Colombia. They are made with Salpicón a Colombian fruit cocktail made with diced fresh fruit and watermelon juice or Colombiana (Colombian soda).

You can use pineapple, papaya, watermelon, mango, apple, banana, and seedless red grapes to make this fruit popsicles recipe.

Feel free to use your favorite or seasonal fruits to make them and use orange juice if you prefer. How Long Do I need to Freeze For?

If you don't have popsicles molds, use small glasses or small cups. To get the popsicle stick to stand upright cover the top withe plastic wrap and just insert the stick through. Freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
