
Chicago's Farm Bar Launches Festival Celebrating Honey

honey-glazed dry-aged Duroc pork porterhouse with Mick Klug Farm peaches and heirloom tomatoes; and salted honey pie with housemade honeycomb tuile. Guests can also enjoy a $75 tasting menu, which includes a complimentary bottle of Brown Dog Farm honey.
Throughout the festival, guests can enter the Honey Hive Raffle for a chance to win their own Brown Dog Farm hive experience, complete with a beekeeper visit, bee suit experience, custom honey harvest, and more. Farm Bar will also offer Adopt-a-Bee, a $5 family activity with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Driftless Area Land Conservancy.
Honey Bee Fest brings together local farmers, seasonal ingredients, and conservation efforts for a one-of-a-kind celebration of the journey from hive to table.
