With an increasing number of consumers prioritizing long-term lifestyle changes over short-term diets, the demand for foods that contribute to sustainable weight management is rising.

As part of this shift, more consumers are paying attention to the protein and sugar content of the products they purchase. Recent studies show that over half of European consumers monitor their protein intake, and an equal number are aware of and seek to limit their sugar consumption.
