Joseba Arguiñano's favorite salad dressing
The dressing that Joseba Arguiñano prepares is to accompany a crispy pasta salad, but it also works for salads with a green base, legumes and many other dishes.
The preparation is simple: it consists of mixing natural yogurt with a few other ingredients while it's cold.
What ingredients do you use for salad dressing?
For the dressing, Joseba mixes natural yogurt with half a red onion, a little dill and mint, lemon juice and mustard.
The first thing to do is put a whole natural yogurt in a bowl and then add half a diced red onion.
Next, finely chop a couple of sprigs of dill with another couple of mint leaves and add them to the yogurt mixture.
Joseba finishes by adding a splash of lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of cream mustard before mixing the ingredients well.
Which salad does this dressing go perfectly with?
If you want to prepare a perfect salad, Joseba Arguiñano recommends serving the dressing over a crispy pasta salad with pepper and Parmesan, along with cherry tomatoes, corn and tuna, as he demonstrates on the program.
