Cook the recipe for Cheese Parcels by Samantha Vallejo-Nágera (Samantha from Spain)
100g of camembert cheese
100g of fresh cheese
100 g of gruyere cheese
100g of tete de moine cheese
50g of goat cheese
4 sheets of brick pastry
4 Eggs
1 bunch of chives
100 ml of cream
1 Spring onion
50g of butter
Shall
Pepper
Recipe preparation
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200ºC.
First, we chop the spring onion. In a frying pan, we melt the butter and sauté it.
In a bowl of boiling water, add a few sprigs of chives to soften them. These will later be used as string to tie the little packages.
We remove the rind from the cheeses and chop them. We mix all the cheeses in a bowl.
We beat the eggs and add a little cream, chopped chives, and the diced cheeses. We season with salt and pepper and pour it into the pan with the spring onion.
Melt butter in the microwave. Brush it onto a sheet of brick pastry and place another sheet on top. Fill with the cheese mixture, tie it into a pouch with kitchen twine, and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
We take it out of the oven and remove the trussing string. We close the little parcel with the chives that we had put in boiling water.
We serve.
