For a perfect aperitif at home I only need 3 eggs, every time it's a great success
On weekends, I always try to dedicate some time to cooking, and that means preparing delicious appetizers to enjoy in the afternoon with the person I love... But for a perfect appetizer, this dish, which I make alone, is a must.
There's nothing better than enjoying a delicious aperitivo at home on the weekend. You don't have to go to the bar, but you can also decide what to include in your aperitivo, ensuring it tastes incredibly delicious.
Furthermore, for me it also represents the perfect way to pamper ourselves together with the person we love, perhaps enjoying a good cocktail or, why not, a good beer.
Make the perfect aperitif with this recipe: you only need three eggs.
When we talk about a homemade aperitivo, we already know we're talking about something we can enhance as we like. A practical example of this is the cured meats we serve with the aperitivo, as well as the cheeses we always serve with honey and jams. Furthermore, along with French fries, a must-have on the menu, we also serve this tasty and delicious dish, which is easy to prepare. The ingredients we'll need are simply the following:
- 3 years
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- Sale
- Baby.
Here's how to prepare the perfect dish for an aperitif at home.
Reading the ingredient list, you'll realize it's a frittata, but we're going to serve it in a completely different way than usual. Start by taking a large bowl and whisking the eggs. Then add the tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, the parsley (preferably fresh and chopped), and finish with salt and pepper.
Once you've obtained a very creamy batter, you can move on to the next step. Heat some oil in a nonstick pan. Add the batter and cook the frittata, then flip it over onto the other side. As it cooks, take advantage of the softness of the other side and roll the frittata up to form a roll.
Once cooked, let it cool completely, then slice it into rounds and serve it as part of your appetizer menu. We're ready to enjoy it with our favorite drink. This dish is sure to surprise you!
