  • 370 g of carrots
  • 170 g of sugar
  • 40 g of potato starch
  • 120 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 orange of which the pulp and grated zest
  • 1 sachet of baking powder A pinch of salt

Preparation of the Orange Carrot Cake

To make this delicious dessert, first carefully wash and peel the carrots, then heat them in water, drain them, and puree them. Grate the zest of an orange and place it in a separate bowl. Scoop out the pulp and pour it into a mixing bowl, then puree it and combine it with the grated zest. Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl, and whisk with a whisk until light and fluffy.
