Marinated chilies in honey sauce
Everyone's interested! Some want candy and jam, and we'll have cucumbers and herring! I've grown some hot "ram's horn" peppers in pots at the dacha—I love this variety. I used to dry them to make hot flakes.

Recipe for "Marinated Chili in Honey Marinated"
- Wash and dry the pepper.
- Place peeled garlic, basil and parsley sprigs, and chili pepper in sterilized jars (I used two 250 ml jars). Bring water to a boil in a container—I used a ladle. Pour boiling water over the jars. Cover with boiled lids and let sit for 15 minutes. I used a Kukmara ladle.
- After the time has elapsed, drain the water from the jars back into the saucepan. Add salt, honey, and vinegar. Mix well and bring to a boil to dissolve the honey. Pour the hot marinade over the pepper jars and seal with hot lids. Leave to cool completely under a warm blanket.
