Semolina gnocchi

Semolina gnocchi are a light and versatile side dish that goes great with sauces, roast meats and vegetable dishes. They are made from semolina, eggs and butter, and when cooked, they have a soft, fluffy texture.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 350 ml milk
  • 200 g semolina
  • 20 g delivery
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
Method · 26 min
  1. Stir the semolina into part of the cold milk and pour into the remaining boiling milk.
  2. Add salt, add fat, and cook, stirring constantly, until the dough no longer sticks to the wooden spoon.
  3. Then gradually add the eggs to the cooled mixture and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
  4. We cut out gnocchi from it, cook them in boiling water and remove them after 6 minutes.
  5. We serve the drained beans not only with meat, but also with stewed vegetables.
