Over Laura's Bakery
From baking to drinks and from savory to sweet, foodies have come to the right place! With over 2 million unique visitors per month, Laura's Bakery is the largest baking blog in the Netherlands (and one of the largest food blogs).
Target group
The visitors to Laura's Bakery are primarily women aged 25-44. However, men and women of all ages know their way to this culinary source of inspiration just fine.
What all visitors have in common is that they love baking, cooking, and good food. Additionally, they love trying out new recipes that are accessible and not too complicated.
Books
Since 2016, I have published 8 books. In 2016, my first successful book came out: Het Basisbakboek; in 2017, my second book followed: Het Laura's Bakery Bakboek; and in October 2019, my third book, Het Borrelhapjes Bakboek, was in stores.
In June 2020, Het Kinderbakboek, my fourth book, followed. In September 2021, Het Feestdagen Bakboek followed, with many festive recipes for nine Dutch holidays. In 2022, Het Kinderbakboek 2 was released, following the great success of part 1.
All the books are bestsellers and are still selling incredibly well. As of January 2021, the 10th edition of my first book has even already been published. In October 2023, book number 7 came out: 50x Koekjes.
My latest book came out in April 2025: The Complete Basic Baking Book.
