Chocolate cheesecake
Amazing cheesecake!
Ingredients · Servings 6–8
- 400 g chocolate cookies
- 180 g butter
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 150 g cream 33-35%
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 150 g of chocolate
- 100 ml cream 33-35%
- 20 g butter
Method
- Melt the butter.
- Crush the cookies.
- Mix butter and cookies.
- Place the buttered cookies in a 24–26 cm diameter pan. Press firmly into the pan. Create a border. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Mix the cheese with sugar.
- Add cream. Stir.
- Add eggs. Mix.
- Add chocolate. Stir.
- Pour the filling onto the base.
- Wrap the pan in foil so that the sides are tightly sealed (this is done to prevent water from leaking out).
- Place the cheesecake pan in a deep baking sheet or a larger pan. Pour hot water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the pan. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for one hour. Let cool.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Cool.
- Add cream. Stir.
- Add oil.
- Mix.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
- Decorate to taste. I decorated with sprinkles and fresh strawberries.
Very delicate, with a rich chocolate flavor.
Ganache complements the flavor perfectly. I highly recommend making it!
