Quick protein rolls
1/2 zucchini
Ingredients · Servings 6 pieces

- egg
- oatmeal

- baking powder

Method · 25 min
- Set the oven to 200 degrees.
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the liquid. Shred the basil.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix in the oatmeal, cottage cheese, baking powder, zucchini, basil and salt.
- Form six balls of the batter, flatten them slightly and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Top with seeds if desired and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
- The bread is easy to vary in flavor – try apple and cinnamon or grated carrot, or bake it completely natural.
