A colorful table setting (reflecting our Quebec)

Recently, I set up a small table on the veranda by simply mixing what I already had. Mismatched plates, placemats, and recipes prepared with Quebec products that I deeply love.

I love the idea that a table doesn't need to be perfectly coordinated to be beautiful. On the contrary, it's often the unexpected combinations that give it its character.

We also took the opportunity to do some crafts together. With a few sheets of colored paper, we had fun creating plates filled with cut-up food. It might seem childish, but I think we sometimes forget that play and creativity should never be limited by age. Gathering around a table to create, laugh, eat, and chat is perhaps one of the best ways to spend time together.

Looking at this table, I thought it was a bit like our Quebec. A place where colors, cultures, ideas, and flavors meet. It's precisely because everything isn't identical that the whole is so beautiful. Diversity doesn't detract from the harmony; it gives it depth.

I invite you to discover these new recipes, created using some of my favorite products. I hope they inspire you to cook… and make some wonderful discoveries from Quebec!
