Santorini Goddess Dressing (video)
A Greek classic with a modern twist. We've combined the best Mediterranean flavors into an incredibly creamy Santorini Goddess dressing.
Try our version of the famous Greek green dressing in a light variation with Greek yogurt. By adding tasty butter beans, cherry tomatoes in oil and pita bread, you can easily prepare a light dinner. In the video you will also learn where its noble name Green Goddess Dressing comes from.
Procedure
1 Blend the Greek yogurt, feta, avocado and herbs until smooth. Store the dressing in the refrigerator. 2 In a frying pan, fry the crushed garlic clove in olive oil, add the cherry tomatoes, salt and fry until they burst and release their juice. You can shake the pan occasionally so that the tomatoes fry evenly and do not burn. 3 In a second frying pan, fry the drained butter beans in the oil with the crushed garlic clove and finally drizzle with lemon juice. 4 Serve the cold dressing with warm butter beans and cherry tomatoes drizzled with hot oil with garlic and with pita bread.
