Homemade Seafood Recipes

The most popular seafood includes fish such as salmon, tuna, and cod, as well as shellfish like shrimp, mussels, and scallops. Salmon, prized for its tender flesh and high omega-3 content, is often grilled, pan-fried, or smoked. Shrimp, easy to cook, can be enjoyed sautéed, in salads, or with pasta.

Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 1.2 kg of bouchot mussels
  • 60g of shallots
  • 40g of butter
  • 10 cl of dry white wine
  • ¼ bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Flat Persil Plush
Method · 15 min
  1. Chop the shallots into small pieces.
  2. Chop the flat-leaf parsley.
  3. Clean the molds.
  4. Rinse the mussels quickly in cold water.
  5. Place the mussels in a saucepan.
  6. Add the butter, shallots and flat-leaf parsley.
  7. Add the white wine and a generous turn of pepper.
  8. Cook over high heat with a lid on for 5 minutes.
  9. As soon as the mussels have opened, remove the pan from the heat.
  10. Place the mussels in a dish.
  11. Pour over the cooking juices.
  12. Garnish with sprigs of flat-leaf parsley and enjoy!
