Cheesecake

A simple no-bake cheesecake with fruit, decorated with whipped cream, will delight not only your children. The base is made of sponge cakes, a cheesecake filling with fruit and a gelatin layer at the end. You can prepare it for a children's party, but also for a Sunday summer gathering.

Ingredients · Servings 1 where
  • 240 g baby biscuits (1 larger bag)
  • 2 cottage cheese
  • 1 whipping cream
  • 1 gelatin per 500 ml
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar (to taste)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • fruit juice (or syrup or fruit powder)
  • fruit (to taste)
Method · 30 min
  1. Mix the cottage cheese and whipped cream, season with vanilla and powdered sugar. Add the lemon juice.
  2. Add any fruit cut into pieces to the cottage cheese mixture and mix.
  3. Arrange the baby sponge cakes in a smaller cake tin and drizzle lightly with fruit juice (or syrup or fruit powder juice).
  4. Pour a layer of the cottage cheese mixture with fruit over the biscuits, place the biscuits again and pour another layer of the mixture over them.
  5. Finally, pour the gelatin and fruit juice over the cake and refrigerate to set. Once cooled, decorate with whipped cream.
