Chicken fillet in shape

- 4 pieces chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp margarine or oil for frying
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 3 dl whipping cream or heavy cream
- 1 dl ketchup
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp vinegar, 7% (can be omitted)
- 200 g dry barley groats
- 65 g mixed baby leaf lettuce

- Brown the chicken fillet on both sides in a frying pan with a little margarine or oil, 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fillets in an ovenproof dish with the onion and paprika.
- Whisk together the cream, ketchup, curry and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the dish.
- Place the dish in the oven at 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Cook the barley according to the package instructions, about 20 minutes. Place the baby lettuce in a serving bowl.
