Super crispy chicken fillets

Using a smooth-bladed knife, divide each chicken thigh slice into several pieces.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, crumble the corn flakes roughly with your hands.

Add the flour to a flat plate.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and drizzle the base with oil.

Once these steps are done, we have everything we need to start making our chicken fillets.

Take the first chicken fillet, dip it first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the corn flakes.

We transfer the fillets one at a time to the baking tray with the baking paper.

Once all the chicken fillets are coated, drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
