The king of the season. What to cook with porcini mushrooms?

Almost every dish of meat, fish and vegetables can be made even more aromatic and rich. To do this, you just need to add white forest mushrooms to them. These are real delicacies, because finding them in the forest is a great luck. However, we always have an alternative - frozen or dried mushrooms.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms

Do you think making risotto is difficult? But it's not! The main thing is to use Arborio rice, because it is very starchy and forms a delicate velvety sauce when cooked. We offer a recipe for risotto with porcini mushrooms and a rich vegetable broth. Serve it with slices of ripe tomatoes and slices of Parmesan cheese.

Beans with mushrooms and cream

If you want something hearty and tender, prepare white beans with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. This is an interesting alternative to the usual beans in tomato. Dried white mushrooms add a rich aroma to the dish, and the cream makes the sauce tender and creamy. You can serve it as a separate dish or as a side dish.

White pickled mushrooms

What other appetizer will surpass the taste of white pickled mushrooms seasoned with fragrant sunflower oil? They will complement the taste of meat, fish and potato dishes. And you can make them with both fresh and frozen mushrooms. We also suggest adding white mushrooms to salads, pasta and putting them on pizza.

Chicken with mushrooms

An interesting alternative to classic risotto is ptiti with mushrooms. Israeli groats, wild mushrooms, white wine and parmesan combine perfectly, and the dish turns out tender, creamy and aromatic. Both fresh and dried porcini mushrooms are suitable for cooking.

Borsch with porcini mushrooms

How to make lean borscht taste richer? Just add fragrant forest porcini mushrooms. We used dried ones, but if you have fresh or frozen ones, cook borscht with them. For a smoky flavor, try adding prunes to this first course. Serve fragrant borscht with porcini mushrooms as traditional - with black bread, lard, and mustard.

Oil with mushrooms

An easy way to add a forest flavor to your usual dishes is with porcini mushroom oil. You will need porcini or Polish mushrooms, sunflower oil, and a little salt to make this. Mushroom oil will add a special flavor to salads, porridge, pasta, and baked vegetables. Just pour it over the finished dish and it will sparkle with a new flavor.

Stewed cabbage with mushrooms

If you want to make stewed cabbage without meat, just remember that mushrooms can replace it, because mushrooms also contain protein. Prepare this dish with dried and fresh porcini mushrooms, and for a variety of textures, add champignons. Serve the dish with bruschetta with eggplant or zucchini caviar. And this stewed cabbage with mushrooms will taste both warm and chilled.

Mushroom pie

Mushrooms have different textures and flavors, so we don't see anything strange in mixing several types in one dish. Believe me, it will turn out incredibly tasty. We suggest making a simple mushroom pie from puff pastry. It is convenient to take with you to the office and travel, and it will also taste great with first courses or tea.
