Fish, a source of protein
According to the Mexican government, our country boasts access to over 200 different species of fish and seafood. We're constantly discovering new recipes and ways to prepare them, and their health benefits are endless! They contain high-quality protein and amino acids, and are also easy to digest.
Some of the fish that are easily accessible and contain abundant protein include tuna, salmon, sardines, and sea bass. Sea bass, being a white variety, is perfect for this recipe.
Who doesn't crave some fried fish like the ones at the market? Prepare them at home and you'll find they taste just as delicious as at any street stall.
