Sandwich with ham salad
A creamy sandwich with homemade ham salad made from finely sliced ham, boiled egg, flat-leaf parsley, and mayonnaise on dark bread. Freshened by diced cucumber, perfect for a quick lunch or summer picnic. Ready in just a few minutes and easy to customize to your taste.

- 2 slices of ham on the bone (skinless)
- 1 egg
- a few stalks of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 the mayonnaise
- pepper
- salty
- 4 slices of dark bread
- 1/4 cucumber
Method · 10 min
- Boil the egg until hard. Cut the ham into small pieces.
- Rinse the egg under cold water. Peel it and chop it finely. Chop the flat-leaf parsley finely.
- Mix the pieces of ham with the finely chopped egg and the chopped parsley. Mix in the mayonnaise.
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
- Spread the ham salad on the slices of bread and finish with the cucumber cubes.
