Chicken meatballs with bulgur in a spicy sauce
Chicken meatballs in sauce are prepared in a special way: first, the balls are baked in the oven, then quickly fried in a pan. Interesting, right? The dish itself is quite budget-friendly: it's made with ground chicken, ideally homemade, of course. But if you don't have time to grind the fillet, just use ready-made.

It's no exaggeration to say that meatballs with mashed potatoes or crumbly buckwheat, drizzled with a thick, aromatic sauce, are a favorite dish in our country for both adults and children. However, similar dishes are found in many other national cuisines, and the word "meatballs" itself comes from the Turkic "kyufta" and came to us from the Balkans. Meatballs are balls of minced meat, ranging in size from a walnut to a small apple, traditionally served with sauce and a side dish that absorbs the sauce well.
