Quick egg and junior spread

A quick spread made from eggs and junior cheese is supplemented with gouda, Lucina and mayonnaise, which give it a soft and creamy consistency. Simply chop the ingredients, put them in a food processor and blend them into a spread suitable for fresh pastries.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 300 g junior
  • 5 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 100 g goudy
  • 120 g of fennel
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • ground pepper
  • mustard (to taste, optional)
Method · 15 min
  1. Peel the eggs and place them in a food processor. Cut the Junior and Gouda into smaller pieces and add them to the eggs.
  2. Add the alfalfa, mayonnaise and pepper to taste. If desired, add a little mustard.
  3. Blend everything to the desired consistency. Taste the spread and add more pepper if necessary.
  4. Serve the finished spread chilled or immediately after preparation with fresh baked goods.
