Soft, fragrant, and bursting with berries, this vanilla blueberry bread is the perfect back-to-school snack! Made with flour, brown sugar, butter, milk, and eggs, it gets its richness from the addition of 14% sour cream, which gives it an irresistibly tender texture. Juicy, slightly tart wild blueberries add a colorful and fruity touch to every bite. Easy to make ahead, this bread is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. As a bonus, this comforting classic fits perfectly in a lunchbox!
