Fish finger sandwich with french fries

One of the most important elements of our fish finger sandwich is the remoulade sauce. To make it, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped capers and parsley, honey, mustard, chili sauce, and crushed garlic in a medium bowl, then add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finally the paprika. Mix well and set aside.

Bake the fish fingers in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown, and assemble the sandwich. Spread a generous amount of remoulade sauce on the toasted bread, then add a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato, the fish fingers, and a portion of grated mozzarella, then repeat the process, creating a two-story sandwich.

Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and when it is hot, add the sandwich. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Finally, cut the potatoes into equal cubes, fry in hot oil, and serve with the sandwich.
