Fully loaded pulled pork nachos

Nothing brings family and friends together for a delicious snack like a plate of fully loaded pulled pork nachos! It's simple: use the contents of a bag of corn chips and top with a package of tender and flavorful pulled pork. To enhance the flavors, add a can of Mexican-style corn mix and a generous layer of shredded yellow cheddar cheese. As if that weren't enough, add a bag of cheese curds to this tender and crunchy mixture. And for the finishing touch, sour cream balances everything out and adds a hint of freshness.

Optional:

80 ml (1/3 cup) of sour cream

Steps

Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).

Spread the corn chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with pulled pork, corn mixture, cheddar cheese, and cheese curds.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

If desired, serve with sour cream.
