- 4 cod fillets
- 3 cloves of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- Sweet paprika from La Vera, Las Hermanas
- In a saucepan, we put about two liters of water on the fire.
- When it comes to a boil, add the cod fillets and remove from the heat; let the fillets cook for about 7-9 minutes in the hot water.
- Meanwhile, we put a couple of fingers of oil to heat in a non-stick frying pan.
- Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves, then add them to the hot oil. When the garlic begins to brown, sprinkle a tablespoon of paprika over the oil and turn off the heat.
- Stir well with a wooden spoon and pour the sauce into a bowl.
- We serve the well-drained cod loins with a slotted spoon, picking them up carefully so they don't break.
- We cover it with the garlic sauce and serve it with the sauce boat so everyone can add more if they want.
