Homemade lemonade

Squeeze all the juice from 5 lemons into a large pitcher, add sugar and 5 dl boiling water.

  • 5 pieces of lemon
  • 150g sugar
  • 10 dl water
  • ice cubes
  • lime
  • mint
Method · 15 min
  1. Squeeze all the juice from 5 lemons into a large pitcher, add sugar and 5 dl boiling water.
  2. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved and top up with 5 dl cold water.
  3. Leave the lemonade in the refrigerator until it is really cold, preferably overnight.
  4. Water, sugar and lemon can be adjusted to taste. Serve with ice cubes, mint leaves, lemon slices and lime slices.
