Strawberry Lemonade

1 orange

• ½ cup powdered sugar
• ½ cup of lukewarm water

Ingredients for Strawberry Lemonade

• 350 gr. strawberries

For the lemonade extract: Grate the lemon peels using the fine side of a grater. Be careful not to include the white pith, as it can make the lemons bitter. Place the grated peels in a mixing bowl. Add the granulated sugar and rub it in thoroughly with your hands until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the water to this mixture and stir well. Squeeze the juice from the lemons whose peels you used to make the mixture and stir again.

For strawberry lemonade: Remove the leaves from the strawberries and place them in your blender. Blend until smooth. Place a sieve over the lemonade puree. Add the strawberry puree to the sieve and, using a spoon, gently push it through the sieve into the lemonade puree. Add water and ice and stir. Garnish your glasses as desired and serve.
