Allpress partners with world-famous mixologist for seasonal menu
Together, Allpress and Mr Lyan Studio have crafted a seasonal signature drink series, each designed to keep Allpress’ iconic flavour at the centre while challenging the familiar.
The menu explores unexpected ingredient pairings, creative brewing methods, and flavour-forward profiles that elevate coffee beyond the classic cup.
“We’ve always loved collaboration because it helps us look at things differently,” he says.
“There are these wonderful overlaps between the coffee and cocktail worlds – in how we transform flavour, how we work with ingredients, and how we bring people together through taste.
“Coffee has such a huge variety of flavours and textures. The work you do to bring out those nuances is amazing, and it’s exciting for us to try to represent that in cocktail form.
The first release from the collaboration, Tropic Summer Lemonade, is available now across Allpress cafés around the world. Featuring citrus, coffee, and tropical notes, it is designed to capture the feeling of long afternoons, warm weather, and effortless summer drinking.
