From Piedmont, with a bottle of Barolo Monfortino Riserva 1993 by Giacomo Conterno (700 euros), 2 bottles of Barolo 2001 by Bartolo Mascarello (500 euros), 2 bottles of Barbaresco 1996 by Bruno Giacosa (330 euros) and 2 bottles of Barbaresco 2020 by Gaja (300 euros), to Tuscany with Bolgheri and Sassicaia (in another lot, again of 12 bottles in the original box, there is also the 2005 vintage, again with a starting price of 3,300 euros), and a vertical of Ornellaia vintages 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, now from the Frescobaldi Group (960 euros), a bottle of Masseto 2001 also from the Frescobaldi Group (750 euros), up to a jeroboam (3 liters) of Le Pergole Torte 1997 by Montevertine (1,000 euros), a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2005 by Soldera, passing through the most prestigious labels by Marchesi Antinori: a jeroboam (5 liters) of Tignanello 1981 (900 euros) and 6 bottles of Solaia 1997 (900 euros). Amarone is well represented by 2 bottles of Amarone della Valpolicella 1993 by Quintarelli (500 euros), while for the bubbles there is a bottle of Bruno Lunelli Riserva 1995 by Ferrari Trento (800 euros).
Among the 135 lots of French wines, in addition to those already mentioned, stand out a bottle of Chambertin Leroy (800 euros), a bottle of Château Margaux 2000 (600 euros), a bottle of Château Latour 1949 (500 euros), and a bottle of Château Mouton Rothschild 1988 (400 euros). Among the Champagnes, two lots dedicated to Dom Pérignon, among others, include one with a bottle of P2 Vintage Rosé 2000 (1,000 euros) and one with a bottle of P3 Vintage 1992 (2,000 euros).
Finally, among the other producing countries, mentions are made of 6 bottles of Opus One Overture 2019 (540 euros), from Napa Valley, and a bottle of Grange Bin 1995 by Penfolds (300) from Australia.
And on September 17, Finarte will also hold the “Collectible Spirits” auction where, among the top lots, are the Glen Garioch 1971 by Samaroli (6,000 euros) and a collection of 17 bottles of Armagnac Dupeyron spanning two centuries, from 1893 to 1970 (4,000 euros).
