Gin and passion fruit frozen cocktail: the refreshing drink of the summer!
Materials
- 160 ml of gin

- 800 ml of water
- 2 pyramids
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

- When the granita is ready to serve, or when the mixture has frozen solid, pour the gin into the glasses. - If using a machine, pour the granita directly into the glasses. - If prepared in the freezer, scrape the frozen mixture with a fork and pour it into the glasses.
- Decorate each glass with half a passion fruit and, if desired, add a decorative umbrella. That's it!
