Spinach pie with carbonated water
In spinach season, be sure to try our spinach lasagna or this delicious lamb with spinach.

- cheese - 300 g
- yogurt - 3 - 4 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- butter - 125 g
- oil - 125 g
- spinach - 350 g
- pie crusts - 1 package
- carbonated water - 300 ml
Method · 50 min
- I mix a mixture of 4 eggs, salt, cheese, and yogurt.
- I wash, drain, and finely chop the spinach in a separate bowl, I don't blanch it!
- I mix the oil and butter in a suitable container and melt it on the stove.
- In a pan, I alternately arrange the layers for the banitsa, first spreading with the fat - 2 layers, fat, filling, spinach, 2 layers, fat, filling, spinach, and so on, finishing with layers.
- I fold in the edges sticking out of the pan, cut the pie into pieces, and drizzle with the remaining fat.
- I make a topping from the 5th egg and 300 ml of sparkling water.
- Bake the spinach pie at 180-200 degrees until cooked.
